ENGINE
144 cc AIR-COOLED 4-STROKE SINGLE. Simple, air-cooled engine offers strong, reliable performance and easy operation. The 5-speed transmission's short gearing helps focus the engine performance in the low-mid rpm range, contributing to off-road potential.
FULL-SIZE WHEELS
Large-diameter wheels, measuring 21" at the front and 18" at the rear, are ready to overcome obstacles encountered on off-road trails, offering a high level off-road performance. Aluminium rims contribute to low unsprung weight.
BRAKES
Petal disc brakes offer strong stopping power and good controllability. A ø240 mm front disc gripped by a twin-piston caliper offers strong, easy-to-control braking. Slowing the rear, a single-piston caliper operates a ø190 mm disc.
ERGONOMICS
The rider interface was designed to put the rider in a position to easily control the bike with minimal fatigue.
ALL-DIGITAL INSTRUMENTATION
All-digital LCD instrumentation offers high legibility and a compact design. Features include speedometer, odometer, dual trip meters, fuel gauge, clock and indicator lamps.
STURDY SUSPENSION
Combined with the highly rigid frame, highly capable suspension ensures excellent handling and feedback. A ø35 mm inverted fork at the front is complemented by Uni Trak rear suspension with adjustable spring preload. With 185 mm of travel up front and 192 mm of travel in the rear, the KLX150 is ready to take on the trail.
ELECTRIC START
Electric starter ensures quick, hassle-free starting. A kick starter provides a reliable back-up should battery power be low.
FUEL TANK
With a capacity of 6.9 litres, the fuel tank contributes to the bike's long range, enabling riders to enjoy a full day of trail riding on a single tank.
HEADLIGHT
A new, compact LED headlight provides excellent illumination at night or in low light conditions. A new headlight cowling and new front fender contribute to sportier, more aggressive styling.
